(a) Basic qualification requirements

4. Has good bank credit and business reputation, operating conditions are good, there is no situation of insolvency and loss for two consecutive years.

(II) Special qualification requirements

1. The bidder shall be a service agency specializing in information system product supply and project implementation, with a fixed workplace and long-term, stable and experienced project team.

2. The bidder’s registered capital should be more than RMB 500,000.

3. If the bidder is a foreign-funded enterprise, it shall establish a branch within China for more than five years.

4. The bidder should have experience and successful case of outsourcing of ORACLE EBS project of China Power Investment Group.

5. The Bidder shall have a team of 10 ORACLE EBS technical service implementation and development service teams; the Bidder intends to send field project managers who participate in the implementation of this project should have similar project project manager (project site person in charge) working experience. And with the corresponding qualifications.

6. The project does not accept the consortium bid.

And with the corresponding qualifications.

6. The project does not accept the consortium bid.

Fourth, the tender documents for sale
