According to reports, in order to expand production scale, Taiwanese chipmaker Yuyuan plans to issue 150 million shares of financing of about 163 million US dollars. By the end of 2010, the existing 43 sets of MOCVD will be increased to 81 sets; of the 38 sets of new equipment, 13 sets will be placed in Taiwan, and the other 25 sets will be placed in its affiliated Jiangsu Shengyang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. in July this year.
