It is understood that during the “12th Five-Year Plan” period, Hainan Provincial Government will increase financial support for the implementation of contract energy management and construction of green lighting demonstration province, promote 13.51 million financial subsidies for energy-saving lamps, give priority to supporting the implementation of lighting energy-saving renovation of the responsible units plan.
