Moderator: What products did NVC bring to the show, and where are the highlights?
Yin Wei: In terms of products, the first is energy-saving products. In commercial lighting, some new types of high-efficiency lamps, light sources, and some electrical products and energy-saving products, and then in addition to the lighting of the products, switch this Class, because this exhibition is not very big, it only shows a small part.
Moderator: NVC lighting energy-saving products have the title of “green lighting brandâ€. Please talk about the advantages of our product development in terms of new technologies and new processes.
Yin Wei: Lighting is currently a new product introduced by NVC, which sometimes has a different proportion. For example, electronic products, electronic monitors, and energy-saving monitors are better than the original inductive monitors. Increase, this is very important, one is the new product, the proportion of the whole sale, the product is energy-saving, but which products have a higher proportion of energy saving, higher efficiency, these proportions are obvious, there are many reasons, The first is that the needs of customers are also changing. Some of their energy-saving ideas are forced by the government. Some of them are from the heart and are changing. You say that this thing is energy-saving, and he is easy to accept. The second is the focus of our company's sales. We will do some promotional activities on energy-saving products, energy-saving lamps, electrical products. I think this is the future direction of development. This market will grow bigger and bigger, you are not here. Do, there will be no chance in the future.
Moderator: Now that the energy crisis, the country is paying more and more attention to promoting energy conservation. Will there be some support measures for the countries that produce energy-saving products?
Yin Wei: For the time being, the state should introduce relevant support policies. For example, the government will subsidize the sale of energy-saving lamps. Recently, it seems that there are such plans. Last time I met the leaders of the industry associations, I mentioned that they would introduce policy support. Some excellent energy-saving product manufacturers. But the premise is to promote a good brand, and some good products will give you subsidies in this area, which is more powerful for the company.
Moderator: In 2006-07, NVC has successfully introduced Softbank Venture Capital and conducted a large-scale integration. Can you tell us about the current preparations for NVC's listing?
Yin Wei: I can't say the specific time to market. It should be in the time I saw it in the near future.
Moderator: Recently, NVC and GE became strategic partners. What did this cooperation bring to NVC?
Yin Wei: The meaning is multi-faceted. The first one to find NVC cooperation is to give things to you to sell, enriching the categories of products we sell, and bringing more convenience to our customers. In turn, for our dealers, there are more products that can be sold. This plus one is definitely greater than two. Please don't worry that it will affect the sales of NVC. Our market is not static. There is no piece of cake. This is dynamic. This is sales. On the other level, in terms of product cooperation, we have also launched. New products, such cooperation will bring benefits to the technology we manufacture, and future expansion of overseas markets, or other deeper cooperation, is also planned.
Moderator: In the past two years, NVC Lighting has become the focus of China's lighting industry, including successfully attracting venture capital and cooperation with GE. Now, when Yin is joining, does it mean that NVC has already had a good time in listing and building international brands? Land and people?
Yin Wei: Listing is a means of business development. What you just said to build an international brand is the ultimate goal. All things are for this purpose. Before, NVC's series of actions were not deliberately proposed by Wu. There is only a strategy there. Naturally, it will attract talents and funds. It is not for people to find people, but to find funds. So I came to NVC and decided to do it very quickly. It is not that I want you to come, you will come. When I came to NVC, I felt that everyone was doing a very interesting job together. I was under such a big goal. Many people gathered together to do things. I am just one of them.
Moderator: Yin has been in the lighting industry for more than ten years. From your point of view, what is the current state of China's lighting market? What are the bottlenecks? What is the future development trend?
Yin Wei: At present, the lighting industry is still in its infancy. I think there are several aspects in this junior level. First, the number of manufacturers, most manufacturers are not branded, just a manufacturing plant, I think it is also the situation under the specific environment, because China's labor force is still relatively cheap, but I think if you finally get rich, you can't build on it. Can not rely on a simple brand, this is far from the number, must be integrated, is not integrated into several, dozens, hundreds of I do not know. Secondly, from a technical perspective, the space for development is still quite large. More than 10,000 factories are opened there, and the threshold is definitely low. Therefore, most factories do not have core technologies, and core technologies do not have so many talents. The quantity reflects the quality, so there is a lot of room for development. In the end, there will be many manufacturers that will be eliminated or even worse. Because of the cheap labor, the tax concessions are gone, the space is gone, and the export tax rebate is low. No, this is very fragile. Now we are talking about a big environment and don't want to consume material type. The environmental cost of consumption is too great. I think NVC has already taken a step forward, and then created a product with its own service, but it has to go later. The road is still a lot.
Moderator: What kind of path do you think our domestic lighting companies need to go out and build an international brand image?
Yin Wei: At present, the international is still a very broad concept. The international market is very large. It is relatively easy to do it in a similar market. However, it is difficult to be a brand in the European and American markets, from the internationalization process of other industries. I can also see that the experience and lessons of my own company going out, the impact is relatively mature, and small enterprises may have a relatively large setback. I feel that I can provide some suggestions for the future lighting industry to go out, but I must go out when I go out.
