Japan's PATLITE was on the "System Control Fair 2007", which was closed on November 16, 2007. The reference shows the new products that are scheduled to be released in 2008. Exhibits include white LED lighting "CLF type", built-in self-test function indicator "LMC type" and indicator lights equipped with wireless component unit.
The CLF model was developed as a replacement for fluorescent lighting (Fig. 1). This is covered by a polycarbonate lampshade covering the aluminum alloy casing, protected by a silicon coating and made to a safety rating of IP67. The color temperature can reach 6500 ~ 7500K, which is equivalent to the bright sunshine in the afternoon, easy to identify the processed objects. The illuminance can reach 1940lx at a distance of 50cm from the object. It is suitable for fine work. It is equipped with lenses of both lengths of 100mm and 200mm, so that it can be designed when installed on the device.

The LMC type is characterized by the fact that when the component unit falls off and the indicator light is off, it can be notified by other externally connected indicators (Fig. 2). For example, when an abnormality occurs, the externally connected rotating lamp is turned off, or the "component unit is detached" is displayed as a text message. It can be used as a double indicator when it is used as an indicator light when the device is abnormal.

The indicator light with the wireless component unit uses the wireless specification "Zigbee" (Fig. 3). This field of indicator lights has been positioned by the company as a key business for next-generation lighting. The new system wirelessly transmits device operation information from the indicators installed on the device and collects it through the PC, thereby managing the operation rate of the device and achieving a balanced supply of power. When the wireless component unit is far from the PC, it can be transmitted by other wireless component units. Because it automatically searches for the best path, it is easy to use in factories that change layouts frequently. In the state where there is no obstacle in the middle, the communication distance between the component units is 70 m. In the actual production line, the communication distance can reach about 1/2. Currently, the company is using the system in the mold factory for experiments.

In addition, the company also exhibited the following products: LED flashing lamp "SKHEM type", "RHEM type" and "RKEM type" (Fig. 4) using a brushless motor and a long life up to about 5 times of the previous product; Production management instruction board "VE25-304S" "VE100-304S" (Fig. 5) in communication with the main indicator; an alarm "RFV type" (Fig. 6) that supports MP3 and can change voice information by means of a memory card.
