Several requirements for civil architectural lighting

There are many requirements for civil building lighting, and the relevant regulations are also more detailed. Here are some points to share with you.

1. The general lighting of each place must be set, and the needs of the visual activity nature of the place must be met.

Because general lighting is the basic lighting, it meets the basic light environment requirements of the site. The store in Figure 1 uses downlights as general illumination and is evenly arranged.

2. It is recommended to use district general lighting for places with permanent access areas, and the illumination of the passing area should not be less than 1/3 of the illumination of the working area.

Permanent fixed channels are often used in commercial lighting, especially outlets, specialty stores, etc. According to the experiment, where the indoor environment is close to the visual work, such as the stores and channels in Figure 2, the brightness of the channel should be as low as possible below the brightness of the store, but the difference between the two cannot be too large, preferably not lower than 1/3 of the brightness of the store, to avoid visual fatigue caused by visual discomfort.

3. For the field with fine visual work requirements, local illumination should be set for the visual work area. The ambient illumination near the work area should be reduced according to the illumination of the work area, and not less than 200lx. The general illumination of the remaining areas is not less than 100lx. .

Figure 3 shows the lighting of an office, general lighting provides basic lighting, and local lighting is set at each station to meet the staff's requirements for lighting. In general, general illumination accounts for 1/3 to 1/5 of the total illumination of the work area.

There is no clear definition of the surrounding area of ​​the working area. Generally speaking, the working area is within 0.5m. If the illuminance distribution drops too fast, it will cause visual difficulty and discomfort. Therefore, the illuminance requirement is proposed for the vicinity of the working area to provide the brightness in the field of view. A good balance of (illuminance) distribution, and a suitable illuminance gradient, does not cause visual discomfort, but also saves energy.
