The results show that the measured power values ​​of most samples are lower than the nominal value. In addition, there are three brands of samples that are difficult to maintain normal lighting time. Experts from the National Electric Light Source Quality Inspection Center said that many brands of energy-saving lamps have “saving electricity and not saving money”, mainly because of the low luminous flux maintenance rate, short life and frequent replacement.
