**The genus tends to stabilise in search of direction

Sucden Financial issued the base metal daily report on August 15, saying that after experiencing last week's selling and the commodity market reacted violently, the base metal market entered a solid phase.

The Dow closed strongly and the Far East stock market was relatively strong. The base metals of the Shanghai Futures Exchange performed well. China's spot market is still very active, with arbitrage ratios expanding to around 7.52, opening the overnight trading arbitrage window.

The price of base metals on the London Futures Exchange, with the movement of the US dollar, was significantly suppressed and lacked factors related to pure metals. European trade did see small-scale buying interest, but there was no sign of repurchasing. Some media reports on the reduction in the size of funds involving metals are attracting attention, while the number of open contracts has declined, but there are no real signs of large-scale reinvestment.

The turnover of base metals is relatively low, and the London market is struggling to find directions. In the coming days, the base metal market needs to be further stabilized, and the prospects are full of uncertainties.
