This objectively requires home appliance companies in China to timely adjust and revise the technology roadmap to meet market and social needs.

On August 2nd, the second meeting of the China Household Appliance Industry Technology Roadmap Revision Working Group sponsored by the China Household Electrical Appliances Association was held in Yantai, Shandong. Nearly 50 experts and technicians from home appliance-related companies, colleges, and research institutes attended the meeting. And participate in the discussion. The conference separately discussed the technical status, research direction, and technical bottlenecks of ice-washing products, and proposed the industrial development goals with 2015 and 2020 as the time nodes.

The meeting proposed that by 2015, China's overall market refrigerator efficiency should be increased by 30% compared to 2009, fixed-frequency compressor COP value increased by 10% compared with 2009, the thermal insulation performance increased by an average of 5% over the current level, and refrigerators The system should be optimized 5% compared to 2009; the energy efficiency of the inverter room air conditioner is 20% higher than that of 2010, and the coefficient of performance (COP value, standard operating conditions) of the fixed frequency air conditioner compressor is increased to 3.2 or higher on average, and the trinity machine is formed. Mass production; mainstream wave wheel double barrel washing machine, mainstream wave wheel automatic washing machine, mainstream drum type automatic washing machine reaches GB12021.4 national standard energy efficiency level 2, mainstream drum type washing and drying machine reaches GB/T23118 GB standard A power consumption , water consumption requirements.

By 2020, the overall energy efficiency of refrigerators in the overall market will increase by 20%, the use of inverter compressors will account for more than 10%, the COP of fixed-frequency compressors will increase by 5% over 2015, and the energy efficiency of inverter room air conditioners will reach 2020. Further increase of 20%, the proportion of new products reached 20%; mainstream drum washing machine, wave wheel automatic washing machine, drum type washing and drying machine all reach GB12021.4 national standard energy efficiency level 1 power consumption, water consumption requirements.

The conference pointed out that the refrigerator products must ensure environmental protection in the production process and at the same time ensure the environmental protection of production materials. By 2015, the consumption of HCFC-22 in the air-conditioning industry will be reduced by 10% in 2009 and 2010 average levels. Technology industrialization; 30% increase in floor area ratio of washing machines, 20% increase in recycling and reusability, 15% increase in material utilization rate, 15% increase in component modularity, and a reference floor area ratio of washing machine products in 2015 by 2020 Another 15% increase, 10% increase in recycling and reusability, 10% increase in material utilization, and 15% increase in component modularity.

Participants also called for the home appliance industry to strengthen self-discipline in the industry and put an end to short-sighted behavior such as damage to energy efficiency and corporate reputation.
