As shown, the circuit consists of a buck rectification section and an oscillation control section. The power supply voltage of IC (555) is Vdd=10V. Due to the connection of C, once power is applied, 555 is set, SCR triggers conduction, CZ has power, and the fan runs. When C is charged above the 2/3Vdd threshold level, 555 is reset and the fan is stopped.
