To do a good LED display, first confirm the volume of the outer frame. Below I explain the method of sub-frame cutting. Take the most commonly used 3.5*90 profiles and P10 cell boards as examples. The display volume is 2 blocks * 5 blocks.

LED

1. Confirm the size of the unit board to be very accurate to the millimeter. Take the P10 unit board: its size is 16cm*32cm .

2. Calculate the net size of the height and width of the unit board in the display. For example, the height is 2 pieces *16cm=32cm width is 32cm*5 pieces =160cm

3. Subtract 4mm from the calculated net size . As mentioned above, the net size is 32cm*160cm , then the aluminum size should be (32cm-4mm)*(160cm-4mm)=31.6cm*159.6cm . 31.6 and 159.6 are the actual dimensions of the aluminum, and the display must be reduced by 5mm over 3 meters .

4. The corners and the cut profiles are self-tapping, and the neat items are thoroughly arranged and placed face down.

5. Put the unit board in the direction, do not make the wrong direction. The place with the pin must be high toward the profile.

6. Attach the magnet column to the unit board and broadcast the magnet into the bowl of the nursery column.

7. Measure the length of the light steel keel and cut it off. Place it on the magnet and try to keep the magnet in the center of the keel to avoid deviation.

8. Connect the keel with self-tapping and frame.

9. Use the cable to connect the unit board to the bridge type, and you can't let the cable have a button.

10. Fix the power supply to the proper position inside the profile. According to the bottom, you can confirm where the power is placed. The power supply is usually placed on the profile below the exposed screen. Note the insulation from the cell board.

11. Connected to the power cord, the power cord can not be seen clearly, the display is of course low-voltage office, but the current is very large. It is not possible to come all the way. The full current of a P10 unit board is 4A , which means that a 40A power supply can carry ten unit boards. The lines of the exposed screen are connected in parallel, that is, the positive pole is connected to the positive pole, the cathode is connected to the cathode, the common VCC, +5V, and +V are the positive poles. GND, COM, -V are cathodes. And the positive cathode must not be connected wrong, otherwise the unit blackboard will be scrapped.

12. Place the system card at the input of the unit board and be sure to supply 5V directly from the power supply .

13. The pins of the card are ordered in order. For example, JK1.JK2... or J1.J2...JP1.JP2... The position of one should be connected to the unit plate at the top of the arrow at the input end of the unit board.

14. The connection between the unit board and the 扼 block: the letter A of the small white color around the pin of the common 卡 card , the input of the unit board also has such characters, as long as the two A are connected in parallel with the cable It is accurate.

15. After the above work is done, the debris in the screen must be thoroughly cleaned and tidyed, avoiding the conductive aluminum tail, iron tail, and the wire head falling into the circuit board to cause the unit board to be destroyed.

16. After thoroughly finishing the work, the power-on test, the premise is to do the value line. Since most of the digital control cards are exposed before they are changed, the abnormality is revealed. So when you meet the power, you will see the messy symbols, dark, bright spots, etc ... Don't want to be emperor, just make sure that the positive cathode is not connected correctly.

17. The welding method of the numerical line: The ordinary outdoor LED display only uses the three kinds of the lower three. Extension cord: This is what every display needs. As the name implies, its utility is to extend the numerical interface of the card to the exposed screen. Since your display will definitely seal the back cover, you can't change the data once and remove it .

The two lines that do not intersect are the same as the ones for the extension line. The difference is that the two lines that do not intersect use two DB9 holes, all of which require a shell. The staggered line and the material of the two lines that do not intersect are the same. The difference is that the 2 of the staggered line is connected to the other 3 , the 3 is connected to the other 2 , and the 5 is still connected to 5. The two heads are also required.

18. The staggered lines and the disjoint two straight lines are based on the use of the card to vote for the parallel still staggered.

19. After the above office is completed, the rest is adjusted. The premise is that the display must be adjusted for power supply. I will not introduce it because of the many adjustments in the card type on the market.
