1. Check the transformer body for abnormality, check whether the porcelain bottle in the differential protection range has flashover, damage, and whether the lead has a short circuit.
2. If there is no obvious fault in the equipment within the differential protection range of the transformer, check whether the relay protection and the secondary circuit are faulty, and whether the DC loop has two points grounded.
3. If there is no abnormality above the inspection, it should be sent once after the load is removed, and then tripped after the test, and no further delivery.
4. If it is due to relay or secondary circuit failure, DC two-point grounding caused by misoperation, the differential protection should be taken out of operation, after the transformer is powered, and then the secondary circuit failure and DC grounding.
5. Differential protection and heavy gas protection At the same time, when the transformer is tripped, the transformer must not be put into operation without internal inspection and test.
