First, in the operation of the high-voltage switchgear in the power transmission operation procedures should pay attention to the following nine points:

1. Wear protective equipment and use high-voltage test equipment to confirm that the city's high-voltage power is normal.

2. Open the grounding knife lock. Remove the "No Closing" warning sign.

3. Operate counterclockwise to open the grounding knife.

4. Check that the grounding indication is in the disconnected position.

5. Lock the grounding knife lock.

6. Open the switch lock.

7. Turn the switch on by counterclockwise operation, then store the operation clockwise.

8. Check that the three indicators are on.

9. Lock the switch lock.

Second, the following seven points should be noted when the high-voltage switchgear is powered off:

1. Disconnect the main load switch of the incoming line cabinet of the low voltage distribution cabinet.

2. Check that the three indicators are on.

3. Press the power switch by hand and hear the sound of the switch.

4. Check the L1, L2, and L3 with the high voltage tester, and the indicator light should be white without flicker.

5. Open the grounding knife lock.

6. Operate clockwise and close the grounding knife.

7. Check that the grounding indication is in the grounded state. Hang up the "No Prohibition" warning sign.
