如果说上面这张图里的四个瑕疵还可以说是不可抗力造成的话,下面这张动图就只能归结为装配人员的素质问题了:刚拆下来的显卡背板居然是松动的 原因也很简单,有一个固定螺丝没有拧紧。虽然这个小问题大概并不会对整机的稳定运行有任何影响,99.99%的黑晶主机买家大概也不会发现这样的问题,但好歹是第一款主机产品,当然应该尽可能做到尽善尽美,不是么?



测试/跑分

虽然黑晶主机所装备的i7-6700+1060 3g版组合已经有过很多的性能评测了,但在这里还是不能免俗的稍微跑一跑常规测试,而且测试过程中也确实暴露出了一些问题

首次开机得益于SSD,非常快速。启动完成之后我们可以发现桌面非常简洁,只有回收站和钛度电脑助手这两个图标。而因为没有配置无线网卡的缘故,右下角的网络连接图标很尴尬的出现了红叉,只得临时找了一块USB网卡进行联网

我们点开钛度电脑助手可以看到四个主要功能界面,分别是灯光、风扇、游戏模式和更新,然而预装的版本里面只有灯光功能是可用的,其他两个模式都还没开发完成,更新功能也显示没有更新的版本

然而去官网转了一圈,发现了1.02版的电脑助手,不知道为何预装版本无法直接在线升级到这个版本。装好之后发现相对于预装版本来说,风扇选项卡内已经可以进行风扇转速的调节了,更新选显卡里则细分为了软件更新和固件更新,不知道固件是否对应的就是BIOS。然而可惜的是游戏模式依然欠奉

UPDATE:提交报告前发现电脑助手更新了1.03版

游戏功能已经可以用了,但是这个“帮助玩家更方便更快速的打开游戏”是什么鬼

然而除了钛度电脑助手之外,黑晶主机只预装了下图里的一些驱动程序,并没有一些专门针对电竞优化的特色软件及功能,不得不说还是比较让人失望的

另外一点让人无法理解的是作为一台9月底才发布,10月底才上市的电脑主机产品,黑晶主机居然没有预装Win10的周年更新版本,用户不得不花大量的时间等待Win10从原始版本自动更新到1607版本,我是24号首次开机开始测试的,直到27号才突然被提示要求更新

通过AIDA64的系统一览我们可以看看黑晶主机的详细配置,系统采用Win10的家庭版,虽然没有上Pro版有些遗憾不过家庭版也足够用了。i7-6700、1060 3g、单条8g的DDR4 2400、小螃蟹892声卡这些都已经在拆机过程中实际看到了,另外可以看到被金属屏蔽壳遮住的网卡是来自intel的I219-V,虽然也是一块非常不错的千兆网卡,但是一台电竞主机却没有配备killer网卡多少还是让人有些遗憾

另外我们可以看到虽然采用了DDR4-2400的内存,但是默认时序其实非常的一般,达到了17-17-17-39

而且因为只有单通道,所以内存读写成绩都非常一般

而拆机时就让人感觉不好的这块固态硬盘果然也是走SATA协议的M2接口固态盘,实际读写速度都只有SATA3固态硬盘的一般水准,而且4k性能比较弱

无论是CrystalDiskInfo还是SSD-Z,都无法顺利读出这块固态硬盘的完整信息,而且硬盘的温度无论在何种情况下都被读取为48度,系统空闲时是48度,进行读写测试时也是48度

下面是一些CPUZ、GPUZ和诸如国际象棋一类的简单跑分杂图

当然入手这台主机的用户还是以游戏需求为主,所以我们下面一起来看看3dmark的系列跑分,基于dx10的Cloud Gate和dx11入门级的Sky Diver当然不在话下

而Fire Strike三部曲也是常规的3g版1060测试成绩,流畅的在1080p分辨率下玩耍主流游戏还是问题不大的

基于dx12的Time Spy成绩就一般般了

因为1060核心温度并不高的关系,在老黄全新的boost 3.0机制下,这块盈通3g版1060显卡的核心频率在运行3dmark测试的时候可以自动加速至1860MHz,同时温度最高只有68度,在黑晶主机狭小的空间这个显卡温度还是不错的

身为若干篇超频指南的作者,我自然也用afterburner尝试了一下超频,因为核心频率本来就很高的关系,最多只能拉高110,不过显存因为是三星的颗粒所以超频能力相当可观,拉到750才出现轻微花屏,最终稳定拉高725完成了所有测试。此时显卡核心的boost频率已经可以达到1999.5,进入了2GHz的门槛,同时测试时的温度仅仅提高了4度来到了72度,但是注意这是在手动将风扇转速固定在100%得到的成绩,如果继续自动转速的话可能会提高到接近80度的水平

这个幅度的超频带来的测试成绩提升还是比较可观的,FSU和Time Spy的图形分都有10%左右的提升,FSU总分突破了3000,Time Spy总分则站上了4000。不过考虑到超频之后对整机散热的压力,还是不推荐通过超频来获得这10%的性能提升

随后进行默认频率的FSU压力测试时,机内的CPU和显卡温度已经差不多达到了安全稳定使用的最高温度范围,两者最高温度分别达到了72度和82度

而且通过GPUZ的监控可以发现盈通这块显卡的风扇策略稍稍有些保守,核心温度最高都到达了82度,风扇转速最高却只有68%

拆机时我就对黑晶主机在极端情况下的散热能力有些怀疑,因为机箱内部虽然把CPU和显卡两个区域做了分割规划,但是散热器以及机箱风扇的配置并没有在机箱内部组成一个比较良好的风道,所以现在区区一个FSU稳定性测试就将CPU和显卡推到了七八十度的高温

于是我通过AIDA64和furmark同时对CPU和显卡两者进行了烤鸡,以考察黑晶主机在极端情况下的散热表现(比如夏天38度高温时在空调坏掉的房间连续打10小时单机大作)其中furmark采用了据说负载最高的800*600 noAA的设置

测试结果证实了我的担忧,烤鸡仅仅进行了16分30秒,CPU的最高温度就已经达到了101度。显卡温度也有81度,而且此时furmark显卡温度曲线并没有达到平衡状态,还在缓慢爬升中。同时我们可以看到因为这两个大火炉产生的热量并不能有效排出机箱,主板温度也攀升到了63度,AUX温度甚至窜到了95度。但是固态硬盘的温度依旧保持在48度,我猜测这块固态硬盘显示的温度其实一直被固定在这个数值

应该说通过这个CPU突破100度的双烤测试结果可以看到黑晶电竞版的散热设计几乎没有留任何余量,只能够满足一般的游戏散热,而且不要忘记现在还是冬天,虽然我这里有暖气,室温也只有20度出头的样子,很难想象初夏还没开空调时在30度左右的室温下黑晶电竞版会有怎样的温度表现

因为散热方式所限,也不可能非常有效的改善散热系统,姑且尝试了一下将原配硅脂更换为了采融PK3。采用同样设置双烤了16分11秒,这次的散热表现稍有改善,CPU最高温度勉强控制在了97度没有破百,而且显卡的温度曲线波动也变得平稳了一些,当然最高温依然冲到了81度。主板和AUX温度也分别有了两三度的降幅

然而更换更好的硅脂依然只有治标不治本的微弱效果,客观地说,这样的双烤成绩甚至还比不上某些高配游戏本的散热表现,黑晶电竞版的散热系统毫无疑问是有些问题的

好在一般日用场景下的温度还是非常不错的,在进行诸如安装3dmark等日常操作的时候,CPU的温度只有50度左右,显卡更是只有39度



服务/售后——少套路多诚意

黑晶主机作为一台“以做品牌机的思维”做出来的成品主机产品,想必一定拥有品牌机所提供的服务和售后。所以接下来我们就一起看看钛度到底为黑晶主机提供了怎样的服务

来到钛度的官网,可以看到整体网页的布局还是很清晰的,而且有一个特别的亮点,就是右下角的蓝色图标,可以随时通过这里联系到钛度的客服

只要提示还有客服在线,就可以通过这样一个聊天窗口和客服实时聊天咨询,非常的方便。聊天框内还能输入表情和插入附件,方便用户直接上传一些文件供售后人员解决问题

而且每次咨询完还会有满意度调查

另外钛度的官网还直接整合了商城的功能,可以购买黑晶主机,现在除了1080显卡的极客版缺货之外,电竞版和VR版都可以直接购买

下面还可以看到用户的评价,清一色的好评,主要集中的点基本都在外观和服务上,侧面也证明了我最开始的分析,钛度对用户群的需求把控的确实非常到位,电竞玩家就是追求酷炫嘛

而在专门的服务页面,玩家可以很方便的进行软件下载,也能直接享受钛度服务,该有的服务基本上都有了。不过毕竟黑晶是电脑整机产品,还是希望后期能推出诸如BIOS升级、更多的特色软件这样的服务,驱动程序下载因为有win10全自动安装倒是没必要再提供了

然而可惜的是就如同商品介绍里写的一样,内存和硬盘的升级仅供首发主机使用,第二批机器因为有保修封条的关系虽然可以自行升级,但是升级之后毫无疑问就失去保修了。我也就这个问题咨询了客服,另外还咨询了主机出问题之后的返修问题,可以看到客服的回复还是非常专业和有用的

而且客服所说的新配置也是钛度官方参考玩家意见之后推出的新款带机械硬盘的版本,目前正在京东预售,采用了i5-6400+1050ti的组合,内存依然保持在8g,硬盘容量则有240g SSD和120g SSD+1t机械两种选择,售价方面也更亲民,预售价格折算下来只要5499

应该说钛度这种听取玩家意见的做法值得我们点个赞 也展现出了官方及时改进配置和售价的能力



键鼠套装——良心诚意之作

我们现在已经看完了黑晶主机的拆解、测试和售后服务,接下来就一起看看应该是Sky最擅长、最有发言权的键鼠套装吧

先来看看键盘,和黑晶主机一样,钛度这款金属师电竞机械键盘的外包装采用了红黑为主的色调。主要突出了樱桃原厂黑轴这一卖点,同时依然有“为电竞而生”的slogan

打开盒盖,内部并没有太多的保护措施,只有一个塑料袋包裹着整块键盘。所有的内容物就是一把键盘和一份简短的用户指南,不知道为什么没有附送拔键器和诸如WSAD等游戏键位的特制键帽,好在各种快捷组合键都已经介绍的很清楚

键盘正面是标准的104键布局,背部的四个角落各有一小条防滑垫,另外有两个支架可以提供两档的高度调节

作为一把定价699的机械键盘,金属师的细节处理还是比较到位的。所有键帽印刷清晰、排列整齐,该有的定位小凸点也都没含糊。线材上自带有束线带,而且USB接口采用了镀金材质,并附有保护盖。右上方有三个指示灯,但是把常规的scroll lock替换成了钛度键盘游戏模式开关的指示灯。方向键上方的钛度logo也很精美,美中不足的是这个logo并不会发光

ABS键帽的手感还是不错,涂层的厚度也比较扎实,采用的字体看起来也很舒服。但是内部这插槽的形状总感觉有些强度不够的感觉,有点单薄

整把键盘的光污染元素还是比较丰富的,除了每颗按键下方的LED灯之外,沿着键盘左右两侧和后方有一条连贯的光带

整把键盘全部采用了内六角螺丝来固定,简单拆解之后即可将键盘全部分离。我们可以看到外部线材上欠奉的屏蔽磁环其实已经集成在了内部与主板连接处的附近,这个设计不得不点一个赞

主板则和键盘正面的金属面板镶嵌在一起构成了一个整体,强度和耐用度方面都有保证,焊点也工整饱满,做工不俗。同时我们可以看到光污染灯带内部其实是绕主板一圈的LED小灯球构成的。主板上的两颗芯片隐约可以看到V字logo,应该是采用了很多国产机械键盘同款的Vision主控方案

总的来说钛度这款金属师键盘还是对得起699的售价,内外做工都不俗,而且原厂黑轴的手感真的是非常适合游戏玩家,光污染方面也有足够多的玩法

而作为Sky电竞硬件生涯开山之作的预言者智能版电竞鼠标,包装风格很明显的和后来的键盘及主机有区别,并没有采用红黑的主色调。这次众测还额外附送了一根1.9m长度的数据线

鼠标外观初看没什么特色,但是实际的握感真的非常不错,和钢厂的Rival300类似,但是尺寸小了一圈,更适合国人的手掌尺寸,所以无论是趴握还是抓握都可以用的很舒服

而预言者最让人眼前一亮的设计就是外壳和脚贴可以轻易地拆解替换了,这绝对是Sky作为电竞老司机的点睛之笔 拆解也从脚贴下面的四颗螺丝开始,注意左下方螺丝上贴有易碎贴,不过可以比较轻松的用电吹风大法搞定,然后拆开两根数据排线即可分解鼠标

预言者内部的结构并不像罗技的G9x和G700s那样繁复,就是很简单的双层结构。上壳内部应该是控制灯光的子板,旁边可以看到侧键和心率感应器的结构

可以看到内部左右键和滚轮中键都采用了欧姆龙的白点微动,不过左右键采用的是20M寿命的版本,中键则只采用了一般的版本

底座主板上有一颗很显眼的ARM芯片,应该是整个鼠标的主控芯片,另外我们可以看到主板左右两侧的各6颗LED灯,他们和滚轮子板上的3颗LED灯一起构成了整个鼠标光污染的来源。安华高的A9800虽然已经是几年前的产品了,但是性能目前来看依然是顶级

应该说作为Sky的游戏硬件首秀,这款预言者鼠标在看完黑晶主机之后真的是显得诚意十足,不仅硬件配置上基本达到了同类产品的顶尖水平,而且定价并不过分,甚至可以说很有性价比。更不用说可拆卸设计和心率功能的加入让这款鼠标真正做到了想玩家所想,让用户在使用过程中就能体会到这是一款走心之作

键鼠配套的PC端软件叫做电竞精灵,初次运行会提示升级鼠标的固件,毕竟这是Sky的第一款鼠标产品,离首发已经过去了相当长的时间,整个升级的过程比较快速,而且可以看到固件升级中的改动都相当实用

这个软件整合了鼠标和键盘的调节,除了可以进行常规的灯效调节之外,还能对鼠标的dpi、键盘的键位等参数进行编辑。尤其实用的一个功能我认为是能实时监测鼠标的微动点击次数和总的移动距离,方便玩家准确判断目前手中鼠标的损耗程度。另外还有针对专业玩家的数据统计等功能,可说真的是Sky基于自身经历设计的非常实用的一款电竞装备软件

而这套键鼠套装和黑晶主机组成的黑晶电竞台式主机套装也是十足的酷炫,三者的灯效组合在一起真的是强无敌 实际的效果比这张展示动图好一万倍



值or不值——不仅仅看颜值

最开始的配置解析部分其实已经说过了,钛度这次的黑晶主机目标用户相当明确,就是瞄准的那些不懂硬件但是追求酷炫的狂热玩家。对于这部分用户而言其实看到上面那张灯光图八成就会为黑晶买单了

然而评价一台电脑不能单纯的看颜值说话,所以我在这里会为广大的一般玩家深度分析一下黑晶主机到底值不值

对于大部分一般玩家来说,他们和黑晶主机的目标用户一样,都需要一台买回来就能打游戏的电脑,但是对颜值可能不会有特别高
