Fuel cell vehicles are one of the development directions of new energy vehicles. China's determination to support its development is undoubted: fuel cell vehicles have been in the "energy-saving and new energy vehicle technology roadmap" and energy-saving cars, pure electric and plug-in cars, Intelligent networked cars and the like have been identified as development goals.

At present, on the one hand, there is a clear gap between the durability, reliability and safety of fuel cells in China; on the other hand, there are still many problems that need to be solved in the promotion and application of fuel cell vehicles in the market. At the "2016 China International Energy Summit" held on November 28~29, the participating experts conducted in-depth analysis and discussion on how to promote the development of fuel cell vehicles.

Now promote the three major problems facing fuel vehicles!

One: The hydrogenation station approval process is not available

Similar to the car can not be separated from the gas station, the electric car can not be separated from the charging station, the supporting construction of the hydrogen station is the basic conditions for the operation of the fuel cell vehicle. In terms of the construction specifications of the hydrogen refueling station, China has already had standards to follow. The Technical Specification for Hydrogen Refueling Station GB50516-2010 issued in 2010 has detailed regulations. However, some experts said that the standard has been 6 years since then, many regulations have not applied the current development situation, such as the strict control of liquid hydrogen, has affected the storage and transportation efficiency of hydrogen, and needs to be adjusted.

If the technical specification determines the safety and efficiency of the hydrogen refueling station, then the administrative approval process determines whether the hydrogen refueling station can successfully complete the construction. In this regard, Foshan City, Guangdong Province has a deep understanding of the construction of the hydrogen refueling station.

"It is different from the head of the gas-owned housing and construction department, the oil products belonging to the letter-trust committee and the head of the energy bureau. Hydrogen has only existed as an industrial gas. After it is used as an energy source, there is no corresponding competent department, and the approval process will not work." Foshan Municipal People's Government Secretary-General Huo Ping said, "In order to get through this process, I have to approve the construction through the mayor's office meeting."

"The randomization of the hydrogenation station construction approval process is one of the obstacles to the development of fuel cell vehicles. Currently, we urgently need a standardized process to promote the construction of hydrogen refueling stations." Huo Ping suggested.

Second: government support is still far from enough

Fuel cell vehicles are an important part of new energy vehicles. In order to promote their development, the government has given high subsidies, and the production enthusiasm of related enterprises is also extremely high. However, due to high cost and insufficient user awareness, the market is at this stage. The demand is small, so the government's support at the use end is essential.

Huo Ping said at the meeting: "If fuel cell vehicles are to be operated, they must be used as the preferred method for buses. However, if fuel cell vehicles are used as buses, they must be purchased by bus companies because only bus companies have bus operations. Qualification and proper use of the line. Therefore, only by playing the role of the government, allowing bus companies to purchase and operate fuel cell buses can play an important role in the development of fuel cell vehicles."

An industry insider who did not want to be named told the China Auto News reporter that although local governments such as Foshan and Rugao are very supportive of the development of fuel cell vehicles, more local government officials talk about "hydrogen" discoloration to ensure safety. In order to refuse to fuel the fuel cell vehicle in the local "home", this will bring great obstacles to the demonstration operation of the fuel cell vehicle. Mao Zongqiang, a professor and doctoral supervisor at Tsinghua University, has repeatedly stressed that the development of the fuel cell vehicle industry cannot be separated from the government's support.

Third: the development of continuous investment lacking funds

Another major problem in the promotion and application of domestic fuel cell vehicles is the dislocation of the main body and the lack of continuous investment of funds. Foreign scientific research institutes mainly undertake basic technology research, relying on the funds of enterprises for product transformation; in China, research institutes have carried out a lot of basic research, but due to lack of sufficient financial support, the product conversion rate is low.

In this regard, Mao Zongqiang believes that the development of China's hydrogen fuel cell industry requires financial support to improve product conversion rate. Only continuous capital investment and the synergy effect of the entire industry can enhance the industrial competitiveness, thereby shortening the product development cycle, reducing the overall R&D cost, and promoting the hydrogen energy industry to move forward.

In Huo Ping's view, the financial support problem in the development of the fuel cell vehicle industry cannot be solved by individual enterprises alone. This is also inseparable from the support of the government. The government's work is through all aspects of the fuel cell vehicle to form a complete Ecological circle.

Small computer system interface (SCSI) is an independent processor standard for system level interfaces between computers and intelligent devices (hard disks, floppy drives, optical drives, printers, scanners, etc.). SCSI is an intelligent universal interface standard.

1. SCSI can support multiple devices, SCSI-2 (fastscsi) can connect up to 7 SCSI devices, and widescsi-2 can connect 15 SCSI devices. In other words, all devices only need to occupy one IRQ. At the same time, SCSI also supports a wide range of devices, such as CD-ROM, DVD, CDR, hard disk, tape drive, scanner, etc.

2. SCSI also allows one device to transfer data and another device to look up its data. This can achieve higher performance in multitasking operating systems such as Linux and windows NT.

3. SCSI occupies a very low CPU, so it has obvious advantages in multitask system. Since the SCSI card itself has a CPU, it can handle all the transactions of SCSI devices. When the host CPU sends work instructions to the SCSI card, the SCSI card will work by itself. After the work is finished, the work results will be returned to the CPU. In the whole process, the CPU can carry out its own work.

4. The SCSI device is also intelligent. The SCSI card can queue CPU instructions by itself, which improves the work efficiency. In multitasking, the hard disk will be in the current head position, and the adjacent tasks will be completed first and then processed one by one.

5. The fastest SCSI bus has a bandwidth of 160MB / s, which requires the use of a 64 bit 66MHz PCI slot. Therefore, the maximum speed that can be achieved in the PCI-X bus standard is 80mb / s. if it is used with a dedicated hard disk with 10000rpm or 15000rpm, it will bring obvious performance improvement.
